Option 1 - $505: Pools Plus will lower the water below pool returns, remove ladder/handrails, winterize pump and filtration system, chemical feeders and/or heaters (if applicable). Pool lines will be winterized and anti-freeze will be added. Winterizing chemicals will be added to the pool. Cover pool with customers cover. Option 2 - $405: Pools Plus will remove ladder/handrails, winterize pump and filtration system, chemical feeders and/or heaters (if applicable). Pool lines will be winterized and anti-freeze will be added. Winterizing chemicals will be added to pool. Cover pool with customers cover. Homeowner responsible for lowering the water in pool below the return jets. Option 3 - $325: Pools Plus will remove ladder/handrails, winterize pump and filtration system, chemical feeders and/or heaters (if applicable). Pool lines will be winterized and anti-freeze will be added. Winterizing chemicals will be added to the pool. Homeowner responsible for lowering water below returns and covering pool.

Instructions / Notices

Balance for closing MUST be paid in full prior to scheduled appointment.
MUST have access to yard with water & electricity available.
Leave all parts out needed to winterize your pool (cover, pillow, Gizzmo, plugs, etc). Missing parts will be replaced and you will be billed accordingly.
Secure animals the day we are scheduled to close the pool.
We properly prepare the pool for winter protection. We are not responsible for winter damage caused by nature.
Homeowner is responsible for keeping winter cover clean of water, leaves and debris.
We DO NOT VACUUM POOLS DURING POOL CLOSING! Please do so prior to our arrival.
We DO NOT CHEMICALLY CLEAN FILTERS! This service can be added to your closing for a fee.
Kindly give us 24 hour notice for any cancellations prior to our scheduled arrival.
