Meet Wayne & Tiffany Martin

Wayne Jr began his pool career at the young age of 16 as a stock boy at his father’s pool business. He graduated from Bryant University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and began to dive further into the pool industry. Wayne Jr eventually took over the business from his father and the business has continued to flourish since. Now an expert in the pool and spa industry, Wayne spends most of his time out on the service field and managing the day to day aspects of business operations.

Wayne married Tiffany in 2012 and they now have two beautiful girls. Tiffany is a graduate of Rhode Island College and has been an important member of the Pools Plus team since 2010. She stepped up as the General Manager in 2020 to assist in taking care of all the business' needs. TIffany's top priority is making sure every customer has a great experience. Stop in to visit her for all of your pool and spa needs! When they have a moment to take some time away from the store, they spend it with their two daughters, Madison and Julianna.

Stephanie has been a member of the team during the pool season for many years and just so happens to be Wayne’s cousin. Once Stephanie joined us full time, we quickly realized she was the missing link we were searching for. Stephanie is the head of sales and marketing. She is a vital asset to our company and the driving force in keeping our business modern. In her spare time, Stephanie loves to spend time with her dog and go wine tasting with Tiffany.

Kelley is also a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Education. She has been an intricate member of the company since 1994. She is currently a full time ABA therapist in the Wrentham School system, but still dedicates herself to assisting the company on days off and weekends. Kelley handles the weekly maintenance program, as well as offering her pool and spa expertise to customers who need a helping hand. In her spare time, you can find her with her son Riley, usually at one of his sports games or taking him on adventures.

Bob began working for Pools Plus in 2013, but has been in the pool industry since 1981. He started his career at a coping manufacturer and then moved onto Lakeside where he spent a majority of his career as sales manager. You can find Bob in the afternoons at the service bench working on all our pumps and cleaners. He is a full time pipe fitter at Electric Boat and enjoys his afternoons at the store.

Brooke is the newest member of the Pools Plus team! Throughout the season, Brooke has developed many skills and she is eager to continue learning about the pool industry. She has surprised us all by surpassing her stock filling position and is now an experienced water analyzer. You can now visit her smiling face at the water lab to receive help for all your pool and spa water needs! Brooke is a Senior at Johnston Senior High School and is excited to graduate in the Spring.
